- Propose our initial plan for the space including plans for your approval
- Discuss budget we have prepared for you
- Go over possible revisions
- Sign documentation for approval of estimate to begin process and schedule
Construction
The Final Step:
- Schedule demo / tear out
- Update you on any changes that may require cost increase due to scope of work
- Deliver materials to job site
- Begin remodel
- Keep you updated on progress and schedule changes
- Complete the project and receive final payment
