The client was giving a large cut of every order to delivery aggregators - and with it, the customer relationship and the data. They had no own-brand app, no direct-order channel, and order-taking and delivery ran on tablets and phone calls.

On Laravel, Next.js and Flutter we're building the client's own ordering and delivery platform end to end - customer apps, kitchen display and a dispatch system with live rider tracking - delivered as a custom enterprise solution they own outright.
The build is progressing in stages, prototype-approved first, with roughly 70% delivered to date.
