If your order arrives damaged or if you have concerns about plant health, simply notify us within 7 days of receiving with photo documentation of the problem. If there is an issue with the quality of your plants, and they fail within the first 45 days, you may be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
Even if you did not contact us within the first week of receiving your order, plants that die within the first 45 days may also be eligible for a refund/replacement. You may send us a photo of your plant and receive a store credit equal to 50% of the purchase price.
